Technology as a cultural expression of a new generation in Mexico:
“Music is built through layers that are formed through social changes, those layers with social changes already take different forms as society changes”.
Sound System, Dave Randall, 2017
The technological history of which we are a part, in which the community and followers of electronic music in Mexico innovated and created their own way of manifesting themselves. We want all Mexicans to experience and know the importance of their diversity through the movement of one of the most popular musical genres currently in the country. Through a collective and international history provided by the sounds of the future and its expressions in each country, within a global system, it tells us a technological history that in Mexico takes its own form. A tribute to event producers, music producers, DJs who made and fought to open spaces around the country to express a new musical genre that broke all previously seen sound-rules and thus mark the arrival of a new international generation with new values and visions, with their own sound.
